Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change the key of a warmup?

Use the + and - buttons next to the Key display on the main screen to adjust the key up or down by a semitone. You can also tap on the Key button to select a specific key.

How do I adjust the tempo?

Use the BPM slider below the play button to adjust the tempo. Slide left to slow down or right to speed up the warmup playback.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > select Singio > Cancel Subscription.

Troubleshooting

No sound is playing

Make sure your device is not in silent mode and the volume is turned up. Check that no other apps are using audio. Try closing and reopening the app.

App is running slowly

Try closing other apps running in the background. If the issue persists, restart your device and reopen Singio.
